Wash a white shirt with navy writing is ruined?

I washed a white shirt with navy blue writing and it came out with black and red spots everywhere, all the clothes I had on nice clothes washed laundry before, so I have no idea how it happened. Is there any way to get stains without damaging T-shirt?

Try adding borax or washing oxyclean next time you can find in the grocery store.
