What color shirt should I wear the dinner on Valentine's Day?

I'm going to dinner on Valentine's Day with my husband. I use flash blacks pants, with black and floors. And I want to use my matte red lipstick Revlon. I can not decide what I should wear more color, and what style? Black obviously does not look good from pants are black and red can make me seem too since using Reddy red lipstick. I also red shawl / scarf that I can if I have it. HELP:)

Dinner? With your husband? If you do not want to wear a white shirt, or if it seems to work. But honestly suggest using either a black or red dress (still tomorrow to go shopping):) Not only will be able to rock with red lipstick, but a special occasion requires a special suit ... more if it's cold, dense black stockings that look great, and his shawl scarf would add to stunningness PS Have a nice dinner:)
