How do I customize my makeup and do a dance with long yellow dress?

I bought a yellow strapless BCBG dress expensive. I'm thinking using silver heels, but it does not matter because my dress shoe covers. I want to wear jewelry to compliment my yellow dress, but do not know what to wear. Also I do not know how my hair (I have long brown hair) and I can do my makeup (brown eyes). HELP ME!
