How to remove oil stains linen skirt, cotton blend - HELP!?

I just bought this cute skirt from Walmart http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5366561 ... Then one of the first times I used it, somehow, I do not know how, I have a sort of oil on the front of his ... I think it was a salad with Italian dressing, because was the only oil I remember being exposed to that day. Does anyone know of a way to get completely out of oil? I tried scrubbing with a damp cloth, but seemed take the material down. I was going to buy only one anther, but are out of stock online! Any help would be much appreciated! Only serious answers please!

I have oil on T-shirts and many the best solution for the dawn and work in the stain with a toothbrush, let sit and then wash. No matter, not what becomes dry until the stain is out or set.
