Pleated Skirt

Where can I find a black pleated skirt?

Preferably stores like Forever 21, Macys, Delias, etc. I do not shop online, ever, what is not is 'online only offers' link. Any ideas would be appreciated. This is a dress, so I want it to look like a kind of skirt uniforms school, but I will not be as well-esque I can not take it later. Only something black and folded. Thanks

Try Heritage (from Forever 21). Forever 21 is more girly, but wealth is more informal. I'm sure you could find one there. I know for sure when I have browsed online pleated skirts. Of course things are totally online shops different, especially when it comes to Forever 21. Wet Seal has long black pleated skirts. The good thing about Wet Seal (at least in my mall) must be arranged by color. So walk to the black section and observe the plant, usually seen there. I hope you are, these stores often.
