Fort Heritage Hotel, a true delight
Critique of culinary
Or whiskey. Give your liver cells a break. Nothing butter chicken. Stop excess fat deposits. Visit vegetarian unique and liquor heritage hotels in Chandigarh / Panchkula.
I decided to check the food in Fort Heritage Hotels in profit for culinary connoisseurs of Chandigarh and Panchkula, who are desperate to find some common, other food is very far from the same old Chinese cuisine and Madras Khana.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and immersed in the mystery of going to this hotel which was the strongest of the Chandel dynasty. The tallest wooden entrance door is a show. The decor of the restaurant has all the characteristics of a real dining area. Antique weapons and trophies adorn the walls. Before placing orders to build our appetites roaming around the Fort and see all the vintage cars, a swimming pool, Ganesh Temple and the conference room. I had visited the fort with my wife and my daughter. My parents, who had reached the final in Bangalore, were guests of honor. We started by ordering spicy soup Veg. I was pleased to note that unlike the average size of the other hotels in Chandigarh, two soups were sufficient for the 5 of us. The soup was excellent and was neither too hot nor too bitter. It was perfect. For the soup When the waiter with a plate of each roulade Spring Vegetable Kabab and research that was once again surprising for 5 of us. The spring rolls are not greasy and soft fillers. Vegetable kebabs look chutley immersed in green, were the perfect complement. After this the main course arrived. Dear readers, I recommend Makai Subj-Kumba, and Paneer Dal Panch Bedmar Mel and I'm sure be grateful to me for advice. The food melted in your mouth. Again, a plate of each dish with Tandoori roti was sufficient for the whole family. Makai-Kumbh Subj seems to be the chef's specialties, because it was a balanced fusion of sweet corn and mushrooms marinated in subtle spices.
